However we do operate a simple and fare return policy, if you are not happy with your purchase, please return within 30 days in it’s original condition and packaging for full refund or exchange. No refunds/exchanges are available on Earrings for hygiene reasons or a Ring ordered to special size unless faulty. Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund or new item will be processed within a few business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than us), or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
